1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and PA777 (hereinafter referred to as "PA777", "we", "us" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the PA777 online gaming and sports betting information platform available at https://pa777.cam and any associated services, content or applications.

By accessing the PA777 website, creating a registered account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of PA777 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. PA777 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

3.3 Personal Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals under guardianship, court-ordered financial restrictions, or who have requested self-exclusion from gambling services are not permitted to register.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each natural person may hold only one registered PA777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of all associated balances, bonuses and winnings.

4 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on PA777, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and such other details as PA777 may require. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify PA777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. PA777 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

PA777 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, source of funds or payment methods. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued photo identification document, utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months, and additional documents as required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your PA777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable rules and any remaining real-money balance, less any applicable fees, will be returned to you via the original deposit method or another approved method, subject to KYC completion and compliance with these Terms.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

PA777 accepts deposits through a range of payment channels as published on the cashier page. For Pakistani users, the cashier may display contextual references to familiar Pakistani payment channels. It is important to note that the mention of payment-provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah constitutes contextual reference only and does not imply that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling activity on this platform.

5.2 Currency

Deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies supported by the Platform at the time of deposit. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, will be those in effect at the time of the transaction. PA777 is not liable for exchange-rate fluctuations.

5.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the cashier page from time to time and may vary by payment method. PA777 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

5.4 Deposits for Gambling Purposes Only

Funds deposited to PA777 must be from lawful sources and may only be used for wagering on the Platform. Deposits may not be made for money transfer, currency exchange or any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. PA777 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where misuse is suspected.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where the requesting User has completed KYC verification to PA777's satisfaction, has no outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the balance to be withdrawn, and the account is in good standing with no active investigation or compliance hold.

6.2 Identity of Recipient

Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets held in the name of the registered PA777 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. PA777 reserves the right to require additional documentary evidence confirming ownership of the nominated withdrawal destination.

6.3 Processing Times

PA777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Timelines depend on the withdrawal method selected, the completion of any applicable verification requirements, and current operator processing volumes. Users should treat all published timeframes as estimates only.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount or the deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not utilised, and wagering requirements that are not satisfied, within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from the account without further notice.

7.4 Abuse & Misuse

PA777 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus — and to withhold any winnings derived from such bonus — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determination of abuse rests solely with PA777.

7.5 Welcome Bonus Example

Where a new-player welcome bonus is offered (for example, up to PKR 25,000 on a qualifying first deposit), eligibility will be subject to the terms published at the time of the offer. PA777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any specific time.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

PA777 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. The acceptance of a wager is confirmed only when the system generates a bet reference number and the stake is deducted from the User's account balance.

8.2 Odds & Markets

Odds are subject to change without prior notice. The odds displayed at the time a wager is accepted are the odds that will apply to that wager, unless PA777 determines the odds were published in error, in which case the relevant rules for manifest error will apply.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

For Pakistan cricket markets, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and other sporting events, bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the help centre. Where a match is abandoned, suspended or decided by circumstances outside normal play, specific rules governing settlement will apply as published.

8.4 Casino Games

All casino games operate in accordance with their respective game rules. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over very large numbers of rounds and do not guarantee individual results. House edge and RTP figures are published for informational purposes only.

8.5 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest technical error, system malfunction or software fault, PA777 reserves the right to declare bets void and to refund stakes, or to otherwise remedy the situation as it considers appropriate. PA777 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

9 Responsible Gambling

The following responsible gambling tools are made available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited.
• Loss Limits: A ceiling on net losses over a defined period, after which wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a User-defined session duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying session duration and activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from all PA777 gambling services, applied immediately on request.
• Account Activity Review: Full transaction history accessible at any time from the account dashboard.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors or display errors in bad faith to gain financial advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of fraud in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of unlawful origin through the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening PA777 employees, contractors or other users.
• Sharing your account credentials with a third party or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services of equal value.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the PA777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of PA777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, copy, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any PA777 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of PA777 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PA777 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and its services, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

PA777 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if PA777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits PA777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be limited by law.

13 Privacy

The collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal data by PA777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PA777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for purposes including account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and improving Platform services. 14 Amendments to These Terms

PA777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PA777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users, which may be given by email, in-platform notification or by posting a revised version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure.

15 Termination

PA777 may suspend or terminate your account, and your access to the Platform, at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• PA777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation;
• Your continued use of the Platform presents a financial, legal or reputational risk to PA777 or other users;
• PA777 decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof;
• You have self-excluded and are attempting to circumvent that exclusion.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability) and 16 (Governing Law) — shall survive.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PA777 is licensed and operated, as applicable. PA777 does not represent that its services are governed by Pakistani law or that Pakistani courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Platform.

Users located in Pakistan acknowledge that gambling is subject to domestic restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and such other applicable legislation as may be in force from time to time. Nothing in these Terms overrides or displaces applicable Pakistani law. This is not legal advice.
